Clare Bailhé is a co-founder of MidCap and President of Leveraged Lending. Prior to joining MidCap, Ms. Bailhé founded and ran the leveraged lending platform for Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance. Prior to Merrill Lynch, she was a Managing Director at Bank of America in the healthcare group, and a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare, Western Division for Banque Paribas. Ms. Bailhé has 18 years experience in corporate and investment banking in the healthcare industry.

Ms. Bailhé holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
