Michael Min is a Vice President in MidCap’s Leveraged Lending group where he is responsible for originating and structuring senior, second lien and mezzanine financing for middle market healthcare companies. Mr. Min has provided financing to healthcare companies for over eight years. Most recently, while at Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance, he assisted middle market private equity firms with acquisitions within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Capital, Mr. Min structured and executed middle market, mezzanine debt and equity investments for Allied Capital and Spring Capital Partners. Mr. Min began his career in the healthcare investment banking group at Deutsche Bank Securities.
