Randy Feldner is MidCap's Controller. Prior to joining MidCap, Mr. Feldner held a senior accounting and reporting position at Sallie Mae, Inc. Mr. Feldner also worked for nine years in public accounting, working first for Arthur Andersen LLP, then Ernst & Young LLP, where he specialized in assurance services in both the financial services and real estate industries.

Mr. Feldner holds an B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Richmond and is a certified public accountant in the state of Virginia.
