Garrett Fletcher is currently head of originations for MidCap’s Asset Based Lending group. Mr. Fletcher has over 10 years of experience originating, structuring and executing debt financings for healthcare companies. Prior to joining MidCap, Mr. Fletcher was head of asset based underwriting for Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance. Mr. Fletcher has also worked in various underwriting capacities for GE Capital Healthcare Commercial Finance and its predecessor entities, Heller Healthcare Finance, and Healthcare Financial Partners.

Mr. Fletcher holds a B.A. in Biology with Distinction from the University of Virginia.
