Richard Graham is currently head of underwriting for MidCap’s Real Estate Lending group. Prior to joining MidCap, Mr. Graham was Group Head and Chief Production Officer for Green Park Healthcare Finance, the dedicated healthcare group of Green Park Financial. Prior to that, Mr. Graham was a Vice President for Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance and held various investment banking positions with Bear Stearns & Co., SG Cowen Securities, and Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance.

Mr. Graham holds an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Sciences with Distinction from the University of Virginia.
