Stephen Redlich is a senior underwriter for MidCap’s Asset Based Lending group. Prior to joining MidCap, Mr. Redlich was a Partner at Novogradac & Company and previously a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Over his career, Mr. Redlich has managed, provided technical advice and performed due diligence, market and financial analyses, RFP development, proposal evaluations, negotiations and portfolio management for large and small private sector and federal real estate and finance projects.
 
Mr. Redlich holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
