Bryan Rupprecht is a Managing Director in MidCap’s Leveraged Lending group where he is responsible for originating and structuring senior, second lien and mezzanine financing for middle market healthcare companies. Mr. Rupprecht has provided financing to healthcare companies for over 15 years. Most recently, while at Merrill Lynch Capital, he led a team focused on assisting middle market private equity firms with acquisitions in the healthcare industry. Prior to Merrill Lynch Capital, Mr. Rupprecht provided similar debt financings while at Heller Financial and GE Capital. Mr. Rupprecht began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin working on the healthcare investment banking team.

Mr. Rupprecht holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. from Indiana University.
