Eric Kammerer currently leads the origination effort for MidCap’s real estate lending product. Prior to MidCap, Mr. Kammerer was a member of the healthcare finance group at Merrill Lynch Capital where he was the top real estate loan originator in 3 consecutive years and a 2005 President’s Award winner. Prior to Merrill Lynch Capital, Mr. Kammerer was a member of the real estate and corporate syndicated capital markets groups at Banc of America Securities where he focused on the healthcare industry.
Mr. Kammerer received a M.B.A with honors from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
