Ryan Hawley is responsible for sourcing Commercial Real Estate Lending loans in the Southeast markets.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Hawley was a Director at GE Capital Real Estate, where he sourced loan opportunities for balance sheet, CMBS, and mezzanine programs and managed a portfolio of debt investments. Prior to GE Capital Real Estate, Mr. Hawley spent six years in loan origination, mortgage banking, and leasing roles. Mr. Hawley holds a MBA from Emory University and a BA in economics from the University of Connecticut.
