Mel Yepes is a Vice President in MidCap’s Real Estate Lending group, where he is responsible for managing all aspects of the underwriting process, including loan sizing, credit analysis, legal documentation, and closing.
Prior to joining MidCap, Mr. Yepes was a Director at Align Capital Solutions. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate in the Structured Products Group at Wells Fargo Securities and Capital One.
Mr. Yepes holds an MBA with honors from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.
