Jack Penzi is a Managing Director of MidCap Financial’s Asset Based Lending group., where he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting senior financing solutions with investment banks, restructuring advisors, and debt investors for public and private companies.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Penzi worked at Great Rock Capital where he held originations, underwriting, and portfolio management positions and was responsible for leading origination and business development efforts in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Mr. Penzi earned a BS in Finance with a Minor in Accounting from the Charles F. Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.
