Joseph Patterson is Senior Counsel supporting the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group at MidCap Financial.
Mr. Patterson is a seasoned finance attorney with significant experience in leveraged financing transactions. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Patterson was a Senior Managing Associate at a global law firm headquartered in Chicago, where he represented both lenders and borrowers across a range of industries in connection with acquisition and other leveraged financing transactions.
Mr. Patterson holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Elon University, a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business.
