Yvonne Redd is Vice President of FHA servicing. Ms. Redd has over 35 years of professional experience and expertise in FHA/GNMA mortgage servicing and operations.
Ms. Redd oversees the servicing department and is responsible for GNMA pool processing, GNMA security issuance, warehouse settlements, GNMA reporting and compliance. Ms. Redd began her FHA/GNMA career as A.V.P. of servicing for USGI, Inc., Huntoon Hastings, Inc., Johnson Capital Huntoon Hastings and Vice President of servicing for Pineview Capital Group. Ms. Redd holds a BBA from historic HBCU Morgan State University.
