Mr. Goodridge has worked with this management team in legal and special assets for over 20 years – first at Heller Financial, then GE Capital, Merrill Lynch Capital, and MidCap Financial. Formerly the General Counsel of MidCap Financial for 15 years, Mr. Goodridge now serves in an advisory role to the CEO and CFO.
Prior to joining this management team, Mr. Goodridge worked as a commercial and real estate finance partner in private practice and handled mergers, acquisitions and reinsurance transactions, and regulatory work as in-house counsel for St. Paul Travelers Companies. Mr. Goodridge holds a BS in finance from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, and a JD with high honors from The George Washington University.
