Adam Solomon is a Director in the Healthcare Real Estate Group of MidCap Financial, where he is responsible for sourcing senior debt transactions for the eastern half of the United States. Mr. Solomon also leads MidCap Financials student housing lending strategy.
Mr. Solomon joined MidCap in 2015 as an underwriter and transitioned to sourcing in 2019. Prior to MidCap, Mr. Solomon worked at Ventas Inc. in their asset management group in Chicago as well as at a private hard money lender in Bethesda, MD.
Mr. Solomon graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with double majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Economics.
