Barry Spatzer is a Managing Director – Finance, and Special Counsel, responsible for debt financing and capital markets activity for MidCap Financial and its strategic accounts.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2015, Mr. Spatzer was an associate at the law firm of K&L Gates LLP, where he practiced securities and general corporate law. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Spatzer was an associate at the law firm of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP. Mr. Spatzer holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in philosophy from Duke University.
