Beth brings over 12 years of experience in Human Resources to MidCap Financial, where she oversees all human resource functions in the organization.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2016, Beth held various positions at FINRA, and before that she worked at the World Bank & IMF holding dual roles as an Accountant and Generalist. She graduated with a master’s degree in business & human resource management from the University of Maryland.
