Brian Therkildsen is the Vice President of the FHA group, MidCap Financial Housing Capital, Inc.
In this role, Mr. Therkildsen is responsible for the operations, underwriting, and the closing of all FHA loans. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Therkildsen served as Vice President for Pineview Capital and Johnson Capital. Overall, Mr. Therkildsen has over 10 years of financing experience in healthcare and multifamily housing and has been actively involved in underwriting more than $500 million of FHA/HUD-insured debt. Mr. Therkildsen holds a BA in economics from Colorado State University. Brian became a HUD LEAN Approved underwriter in 2017.
