Ms. Silva is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial finance, public company activity and general corporate matters.  Ms. Silva works primarily with the General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer on matters relating to corporate governance, KYC, and licensing.  Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2016, Ms. Silva worked in-house as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at PacWest Bancorp (formerly CapitalSource) and prior to that, as a Senior Legal Assistant with the Private Equity Group at Hogan & Hartson L.L.P. (now Hogan Lovells) in Washington D.C.

Ms. Silva holds a BS in Paralegal Studies/Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
