Carolyn Silva works primarily with the General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer on matters relating to corporate compliance and KYC.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Ms. Silva worked in-house as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at PacWest Bancorp (formerly CapitalSource) and prior to that, as a Senior Legal Assistant with the Private Equity Group at Hogan & Hartson L.L.P. (now Hogan Lovells) in Washington D.C. Carolyn holds a BS in paralegal studies/management from the University of Maryland, University College.
