Mr. Flournoy is a seasoned finance attorney with over 15 years of experience across multiple lending products for companies in various industries. Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2022, Mr. Flournoy was an equity partner in a national law firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, where he represented lenders in connection with asset based lines of credit, leveraged loans, loan restructurings and other workout matters.

Mr. Flournoy holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Kentucky, and a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School.
