David Murphy is a Director in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Lending group, where he is responsible for underwriting, structuring, and managing investments in Europe & North America.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2018, Mr. Murphy began his career as a Hedge Fund Analyst and later worked at Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. structuring and underwriting transactions in their Corporate and Institutional Banking division. Mr. Murphy holds a BA in Finance and went on to complete an MBA at Oxford.
