Shai Ingber is Associate General Counsel supporting the Syndications Sourcing and Strategic Accounts group.
Mr. Ingber is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience in finance and corporate matters. Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2018, Mr. Ingber worked for the U.S. government’s Overseas Private Investment Corporation, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and at Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Ingber holds a BA in Politics from Princeton University, and a JD from Columbia Law School.
