Shai Ingber is the Associate General Counsel in MidCap Financial’s Legal group, responsible for syndications sourcing and loan distributions.
Mr. Ingber has over 20 years’ experience working in finance. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Ingber worked for the U.S. government’s Overseas Private Investment Corporation, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and at Latham & Watkins. Mr. Ingber holds a BA in politics from Princeton University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
