James Finn is a Director in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Portfolio Management group, where he is responsible for underwriting and managing senior debt investments in middle market companies.
Mr. Finn has over 20 years of middle market leveraged finance experience. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, he worked at Bank of Ireland where he focused on lower middle market underwriting and portfolio management. Mr. Finn began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and received his BA in Mathematics and Economics from Lafayette College and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
