John Alvarino is a Vice President in MidCap Financial Strategic Accounts group, assisting in asset distribution and external capital markets loan syndications sourcing across product groups.
Mr. Alvarino was previously an underwriter in MidCap Financial’s Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group where he underwrote senior and junior capital transactions for middle market companies. Mr. Alvarino has over 6 years of financial services experience and, prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2021, held roles in Capital One’s commercial bank across the financial institutions group, capital markets, and credit risk divisions. Mr. Alvarino holds a BS in Finance and Economics from The George Washington University.
