Jun Shao is a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group and is responsible for underwriting senior and junior capital transactions for middle market companies.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Ms. Shao worked at Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse, and Ernst & Young. Ms. Shao holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Masters in Accountancy from Wake Forest University, and a BA in Japanese from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
