Lisa Lenderman is General Counsel of MidCap Financial, leading a group of skilled professionals addressing all legal and compliance matters at the firm.
Ms. Lenderman is an experienced finance attorney with over 25 years of practice in a variety of commercial transactions and restructuring activities across all lending groups at MidCap Financial. She has supported MidCap Financial’s management team since 2001 – first at GE Capital, and then at Merrill Lynch Capital, before joining MidCap Financial in 2010. Prior to joining this management team, Ms. Lenderman worked as a transactional attorney in private practice, where she focused on commercial real estate, banking/lending, and project finance.
Ms. Lenderman holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park (summa cum laude), and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law (magna cum laude).
