Lisa Lenderman is General Counsel of MidCap Financial and has worked with MidCap Financials Management team since 2001 – first at GE Capital, then at Merrill Lynch Capital, and she has been with MidCap Financial since 2010.
Prior to joining this management team, Ms. Lenderman worked as a transactional attorney in private practice, focusing on commercial real estate, banking/lending, and project finance, and has over 25 years of experience in commercial transactions. Ms. Lenderman holds a BS in finance from the University of Maryland and a JD from the University of Baltimore.
