Lucy Douglass focuses on building out MidCap’s talent and development platform. Prior to assuming this role in January 2023, Ms. Douglass was a member of MidCap’s portfolio management team.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Ms. Douglass began her career in Corporate & Investment Banking at Truist (fka SunTrust Robinson Humphrey) in Charlotte, NC.
