Michael Levin is one of the Apollo employees charged with management of MidCap Financial’s credit business. Mr. Levin’s focus is on MidCap Financial’s Lender Finance business. Prior to joining Apollo in 2015, Mr. Levin served as President of MidCap Financial’s Structured Finance business, having been appointed to that role in 2014.
From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Levin held numerous roles at MidCap Financial, including serving as MidCap Financial’s Chief Strategy Officer from 2012 to 2014. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Levin was a Vice President in the healthcare real estate platform for Merrill Lynch Capital. Prior to Merrill Lynch, he held various positions in Arthur Andersen’s global corporate finance group. Mr. Levin holds a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
