Michael Min is a Managing Director & Team Leader in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group where he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting senior and junior capital for middle market companies backed by leading private equity firms.
Mr. Min has over 20 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Min worked at Merrill Lynch Capital, Allied Capital, and Spring Capital Partners. Mr. Min began his career at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Min holds a BA from Dartmouth College.
