Michele Childs is Vice President – Compliance at MidCap Financial supporting the Chief Compliance Officer.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2022, Ms. Childs was a senior corporate paralegal with Pacific Western Bank and a commercial lending senior paralegal at CapitalSource Bank (formerly CapitalSource Finance), with over 20 years of experience in commercial finance.
Ms. Childs holds a BS in political science from Shepherd College (now known as Shepherd University), a paralegal studies certificate, and a Certified Corporate Governance Professional designee.
