Omar Hakim works in the Finance department of MidCap Financial. Mr. Hakim’s role primarily consists of assisting with the establishment, management, and maintenance of MidCap Financial’s financing facilities.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Hakim worked for nearly a decade as an attorney with a focus on securities regulation and corporate finance. Mr. Hakim earned his JD at the University of Virginia, LLM, in Securities and Financial Regulation at the Georgetown University Law Center and his BA in economics at Georgetown University. Mr. Hakim has also earned the CFA designation.
