Paul Lesser leads underwriting for MidCap Financial’s Commercial Real Estate Lending group.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Lesser was a Senior Underwriting Leader at GE Real Estate for 17 years, where we was responsible for the underwriting of $9 billion of investments across various property types. Prior to GE, Mr. Lesser held various positions at Mesirow Stein Real Estate and Heitman Financial. Mr. Lesser holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
