Pierrette Bradshaw is Chief Compliance Officer for MidCap Financial, leading a talented team to address a broad variety of compliance and regulatory matters.
Ms. Bradshaw has over 35 years of transactional and compliance experience. Prior to joining MidCap Financial in 2017, Ms. Bradshaw served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of CapitalSpring Finance Company LLC from 2012 – 2017. Prior to that, she served 10 years as Associate General Counsel at CapitalSource Finance Company LLC, overseeing all real estate transactions within the structured finance, healthcare finance and commercial transactions’ groups; SVP and Divisional Counsel to GMAC Commercial Finance LLC in Atlanta, GA; and she was a founding partner and General Counsel of the specialty finance firm, Peachtree Franchise Finance LLC and a trademark attorney at Revlon, Inc. in New York.
Ms. Bradshaw holds a BS in Political Science from Connecticut College and the London School of Economics, and a JD from the Dickinson School of Law/Penn State and the University of Florence, Italy.
