Puja Parekh is Co-Head of the Leveraged Lending where she is responsible for sourcing and underwriting senior and junior capital transactions for middle market companies backed by leading private equity firms and leads a team across the US and Dublin.
Ms. Parekh has 20 years of experience in finance and prior, to joining MidCap Financial, was a Vice President at AEA Investors, and was earlier an Associate in their Private Debt Funds. Previously, Ms.Parekh held finance roles at Citadel Securities and at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in the Consumer Retail Group. Ms. Parekh holds a BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
