Puja Parekh is a Managing Director & Team Leader in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance group where she is responsible for sourcing and underwriting senior and junior capital transactions for middle market companies.
Ms. Parekh has 15 years of experience in finance and prior, to joining MidCap Financial, was a Vice President at AEA Investors, and was earlier an Associate in their Private Debt Funds. Previously, Ms.Parekh held finance roles at Citadel Securities and at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in the Consumer Retail Group. Ms. Parekh holds a BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
