Rachel Kaminetsky is a Vice President – Human Capital with MidCap Financial , providing support as to the firm’s human relations matters, recruiting efforts and Women at MidCap initiatives.
Ms. Kaminetsky began her professional career at MidCap Financial where she spent four years on MidCap’s Leveraged Lending Portfolio Management team, managing a portfolio of loans and supporting a number of key sidecar relationships. Ms. Kaminetsky then received further education, earning a Masters in Business Administration. Following business school, she worked at BlackRock in strategic asset allocation for institutional clients.
Ms. Kaminetsky holds a BA in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
