Randi Leventhal is Associate General Counsel supporting the Asset Based Lending group and the Franchise Finance group at MidCap Financial.
Ms. Leventhal is a seasoned finance attorney with over 20 years of experience working in commercial lending both in private practice and as in-house counsel. Most recently, she served as General Counsel to Forbright Bank’s Healthcare Lending group. Before transitioning to an in-house role, Ms. Leventhal worked in private practice focusing on asset-based lending, mortgage lending and commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Leventhal holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Michigan, a MSW from Columbia University, and a JD from Temple University.
