Shannon Newsome manages our Operations department which services a variety of our product group ranging from RE/LS/ABL/SF/FF to Non-agented Leverage loans.
Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Mr. Newsome held the Operations Manager position at Alliance Partners. While there, Mr. Newsome built out the operations department and led the team through various systems implementations and conversions. Mr. Newsome holds a BS in business from Pennsylvania State University.
