Yanyan Gai is a Vice President in the IT – Digital Services and Product group where she is responsible for product strategy and practices that support long-term growth.
Ms. Gai has over a decade of experience in technology consulting and product management, specializing in the design and implementation of loan origination and portfolio management systems for financial institutions and government programs. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Ms. Gai served as a Domain Lead at FI Consulting, where she led large-scale system modernization initiatives for clients across U.S. government agencies and commercial financial institutions.
Ms. Gai holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Cornell University.
